Last post was in February? That’s a problem, but just indicative of the world having other plans for all of us.
Couple of things I would like to point out:
Roza has a new mix with Ms. Shred One. The “DJ BFFs” have generously provided it free for download over here. It’s a wild clean mix of lovely boogie/disco/funk/soul/house. Check it out and be on the lookout for them hitting spots up and down California before Roza heads over the Atlantic real soon.
Lambo, in his inimitable Lambo fashion, has a freakin 45 out on Stones Throw. Peep that and check out his latest mix over on This Recording. It’s a typically casually wild ride from the crazy kid. Be sure to listen for the remix of ‘Computer Bagel’ (the original being the “dumbest thing I’ve seen in a while” for some dude) by yours truly.
and then I (capski): aside from having a really rad day job that has taken me away from DJ shenanigans, posted up a one post run-down of 16 mixes I’ve recorded over the past few years over at my personal site.
So yeah, I hope to have exciting news soon about a new party starting up, but we’ll see. It’s been quiet and content over here. Hope it’s nice wherever you’re at.
