STUDENT RALLY & DEMONSTRATION: 513 YEARS OF INDIGENOUS RESISTANCE
SPEAKERS DECLARING THE NOTICE OF REPOSSESSION OF THESE LANDS.
INVITED SPEAKERS WILL REPRESENT INDIGENOUS PEOPLES
FROM THROUGH OUT THE THIRD WORLD!

Our Notice of Repossession reads as follows:

As of today, Wednesday October 12th 2005, the Indigenous Communities of UC
Berkeley hereby declare these premises to be seized and returned to their
rightful Indigenous inhabitants. All property building, along with land,
will revert back to the original guardians/custodians, the Native people of
California. Any wealth accumulated by non-Indigenous people during their
stay here, will be reclaimed and remain here.

There is no grievance process for this notice; therefore appealing this
decision is futile. The Indigenous communities expect full and prompt
cooperation with this notice.

*This does not apply to those who were stolen and brought to these lands
against their will, imprisoned in Japanese concentration camps, forced to
leave their country because of this US country¹s economic intervention or
who had sought asylum here against their genocidal governments.
